We aim to enrich and co-create a new generation of women leaders that are pioneers, mavericks, trailblazers and captains of industry. Our vision is to be and help shape leaders of empathy and discernment; women who are deeply grounded in their values and purpose.

We create and facilitate courses to mobilise women through three foundational pillars:

Leadership

Leadership is an essential skill to develop continuously. We focus on an intrapersonal, interpersonal and collective level to provide a holistic and balanced approach to leadership that can meet the changing needs of our society.

A community of support

We believe in creating a space for connection, synergy and support where young women can thrive. Having a diverse network of peers, mentors and role models encourages new ways of thinking, doing and creating impact in the world. Our academy intentionally builds this community for women who want to reach their full potential.

Giving back

Service is a core value of what we do. Both the online course and in-person course allow participants to give back to their community in a meaningful way. We believe in mutually beneficial relationships which centre around respect, dignity and willingness to serve.

Our courses

We have developed a highly relevant, informative and valuable course over the past nine years of delivering this course to students. This covers the essential leadership skills from a feminist perspective, with both theory and practical tools being offered.

This offering is now aavailable worldwide through our online course platform, too!

University of Pretoria

Established in 1908, the University of Pretoria is one of the oldest and most prestigious South African universities. We are proud to have partnered with the University in delivering our in-person course through the residence organization, TuksRes, for the past nine years.

3,000 empowered women and counting

The ladies I met in this academy will be the future agents of change in their families, communities, countries and the world, wherever and however they choose to leave their mark.
